Midfielder Ivo wears shirt number 10 in his re-debut in China. Yanbian Longding draws with Dandong

Midfielder Ivo made his re-debut in Chinese football in the 1-1 draw between Yanbian Longding Football Club-CHI and Dandong Tengyue-CHI, valid for the 2nd round of China League One 2023. The shirt 10 player enter the game in place of Xu Bo, and helped in the reaction of his team, who sought a draw. The match was played on Saturday (29), at Huludao City Sports Center Stadium, in Huludao, China.

Satisfied with his debut, Ivo is now looking forward to debuting at home with Yanbian Longding's shirt. “I think I started very well. Glory to God”, he summarized.

The athlete with a career managed by CSR Sports entered the field at halftime, replacing Xu Bo. Trailing 1-0, coach Kim Bong-Gil relied on the talent of the number 10 veteran for his team's reaction. The game against Dandong Tengyue-CHI will forever carry a very important mark for midfielder Ivo, that of his re-debut in Chinese football. Before the draw on April 29, the last game for the number 10 in China had taken place in 2021, on December 25, in a 1-0 victory over Henan Songshan Longmen and the guarantee of permanence in the country's elite division. Now, a year later, the CSR Sports ace is back lavishing talent in Asia.

Yanbian Longding-CHI's next match in China League One 2023 will take place on Saturday (6), at 5 pm (4 am Brasilia time), against Shijiazhuang Kungfu-CHI. The match valid for the 3rd round will be played at Yanji Nationwide Fitness Center Stadium, in Yanji. The expectation is that midfielder Ivo will be in the starting lineup.

Olívio da Rosa was born in Palmitinho (RS) on October 2, 1986. He is 1.73 m tall and weighs 65 kg. A fast midfielder with a good approach to attack, he went through the youth teams of Juventus de Teutônia-RS and Juventude-RS (2005). In 2006 he debuted as a professional in the Caxias do Sul (RS) team and stayed until 2010. Then he played for Palmeiras-SP (2010), Ponte Preta-SP (2010), Portuguesa-SP (2011), Incheon United-COR (2012) /2014), Criciúma-SC (2013), Henan Jianye-CHI (2015-2016/2018-2021) and Beijing Renhe-CHI (2017-2018). In his curriculum he has the titles of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B 2011 (Portuguese), Campeonato Catarinense 2013 (Criciúma) and runner-up access to China League One (Beijing Renhe).
